摘 要:针对高瓦斯厚煤层矿区开采过程中,采空区瓦斯涌出量大,导致工作面上隅角瓦斯超限,影响矿井安全回采的难题,通过研究高位定向钻孔分区布设与瓦斯抽采效果的内在关系,解决上隅角瓦斯治理难点。以河东井田某综采工作面作为研究对象,分析工作面上覆岩层破坏的理论参数,并针对生产实践,将高位定向钻孔层位分区,分析不同分区的高位定向钻孔对瓦斯抽采效果的影响,得到不同距离区和高度区内的最佳区位,以指导实际生产工作。研究结果表明:在近、中、远三个钻孔水平投影区内,高位定向钻孔轨迹高度布置在28 m左右、35~43 m、37~45 m的对应层区,瓦斯抽采纯量高,可获得该区段的最佳抽采效果。Considering large amount gas emission from gob area during highly gassy thick coal extraction can cause the hard nut of working face top corner disallowed gas concentration and impact coalmine safe extraction.Through study on higher position directional boreholes zonal layout and gas drainage effect internal relationship can solve top corner gas governance nodi.Taking a fully mechanized coal face in the Hedong coalfield as subject investigated has analyzed coal face overburden destruction theoretical parameters,and aimed at production practices carried out higher position directional borehole horizon zoning,analyzed impact from higher position directional borehole different zones on gas drainage effect,thus worked out optimal positions within different distance zones and height zones to guide practical production works.The results have shown that within near,middle and far borehole horizontal projection areas,higher position directional borehole trajectory height has arranged in about 28m,35~43m and 37~45m corresponding zones,thus can get gas drainage large pure flow,and can be the optimal drainage effect in the zones.
