政治经济学批判视角下的当代西方社会监控批判

摘　　要：全球化资本所引发的社会“液态化”趋势使得当代西方社会监控模式在内容和形式上皆发生了新的变化。监控正以一种灵活的方式作用于工业生产空间之外的日常生活领域。资本逻辑操控下的社会监控被全面纳入到了价值增殖的生产过程之中,并呈现出了全景监控、共景监控、泛景监控等不同的样态。在主客体关系上,监控已不仅是一种规训,它还通过控制、引导、规定等手段生产出“观看”与“被观看”的欲望,使人们自觉地融入资本主义消费社会之中。在流动性加剧的今天,为资本主义体系所调用的监控,已然被资本逻辑所主导的消费社会打上了技术代码,并为数据生产、文化生产、欲望生产所服务。基于当下新的社会结构,要考察福柯视野之外的当代社会监控问题,有必要重新回到马克思政治经济学批判,分析资本逻辑与其外部支撑性条件之间的辩证关系。The liquidized trend of society caused by globalized capital has brought about new changes in the content and form of surveillance models in the contemporary western society.Surveillance is working in a flexible way to areas of daily life outside the industrial production space.The social surveillance controlled by the capital logic is fully incorporated into the production process of value increment,and presents various states,such as panopticon,synopticon and omniopticon.In terms of the relationship between subject and object,surveillance is not only a discipline.Meanwhile,it is producing the desire to“see”and“be seen”by means of controlling,guiding and requiring,so that people voluntarily integrate into the consumer society.Nowadays,with the intensification of liquidity,the surveillance manipulated by the capitalist system has been put into the consumer society dominated by capital logic with technical code,and is used in data production,cultural production and desire production.In consideration of the newer social structure,it is necessary to return to Marx’s critique of political economy to investigate the social surveillance beyond foucault’s term,and analyze the dialectical relationship between capital logic and its external supporting conditions.
