腐败感知与中国公民的政治信任——基于第七波世界价值观调查数据的实证研究

摘　　要：政治信任是国家有效治理的必要条件,腐败是削弱政治信任的主要因素之一。近年来我国极其重视反腐,腐败已成为研究的热点问题之一。但国内有关腐败的研究大多集中于讨论腐败的定义和测量维度、腐败与经济发展、腐败与社会公平、腐败与政治制度,以及反腐败的成效这五个方面。本研究利用第七波世界价值观调查中国大陆调查数据,采用线性回归分析方法,验证腐败感知对我国公民政治信任的影响。研究结果表明,腐败感知与我国公民的政治信任呈显著负相关,公民的腐败感知程度越高,其政府信任程度越低。因此,有必要继续加大反腐力度,强化反腐倡廉建设,在提升腐败治理效能中削弱公众的腐败感知,从而巩固和增强公众的政治信任。Political trust is a necessary condition for effective governance in China,while corruption is one of the main factors in corroding it.In recent years,China attaches great importance to anti-corruption,and corruption has become one of the hot research issues.However,most domestic studies on corruption focus on five aspects:the definition and measurement dimensions of corruption,corruption and economic development,corruption and social justice,corruption and political systems,and the effectiveness of anti-corruption.Few scholars study the impact of corruption on political trust.According to survey data in the seventh World Values Survey(WVS)in China's Mainland as well as linear regression analysis,this article is used to verify the influence of corruption perception on the political trust of Chinese citizens.The finding suggests that there is a significant negative correlation between them.It shows that the more corrupt citizens think their government is,the less they trust it.Therefore,China should continue to ramp up efforts to combat corruption and build a clean government,so as to weaken the public’s corruption perception and strengthen people’s political trust.
