大学生学业成就现状及特点分析

摘　　要：编制大学生学业成就量表,以某理工高校的在校大学生为调查对象,实施大学生学业成就调查。结果发现:当前大学生学业成就总体良好,人际沟通和自我管理好于学习认知和专业能力;大三学业成就最低,大四有所回升;学生干部的学业成就好于非学生干部的学业成就。针对大学生学业成就的现状和特点,从不同方面提出提升大学生学业成就的建议。The academic achievement scale of college students was compiled,and the students in a university of science and technology were investigated.The results show that the current academic achievements of college students are generally good,and interpersonal communication and self-management are better than learning cognition and professional ability;The junior has the lowest academic achievement,and the senior has rebounded;The academic achievement of student cadres is better than that of non-student cadres.According to the present situation and characteristics of college students,academic achievements,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving college students,academic achievements from different aspects.
