妇产科住院医师规范化培训工作的经验与思考

摘　　要：妇产科学是临床医学四大二级学科之一,具有综合性强的特点。在国家住院医师规范化培训制度的背景下,培养合格的妇产科医师对解决人民对妇产科专业医师资源的需求至关重要。传承中山大学医科教育的“三基三严”,结合目前妇产科住院医师规培带教实际情况,做出创新性及改革性的举措,旨在培养合格的妇产科住院医师,具有重要的作用。一把手负责制、融入PBL教学方式、学员参与授课、邀请内外科教师共同参与、罕见病例情景模拟教学查房、培养临床及基础研究思维等举措的实施,有助于提升学员的岗位胜任能力。文章将对本住院医师规范化培训基地在教学工作中的改革与创新工作进行阐述及探讨。Obstetrics and Gynaecology is one of the four second-level subjects in clinical medicine.Under the background of the national standardized training system for resident doctors,it is very important to train qualified obstetricians and gynecologists to meet the needs of people for the requirements.Inheriting the"three bases and three strictness"of medical education in Sun Yat-sen university,combining with the actual situation of teaching in gynecology and obstetrics,it is significant to make innovative and reforming measures to train qualified obstetricians and gynecologists.The implementation of the chief responsibility system,the integration of problembased learning(PBL),the participation of resident doctors in teaching,the joint participation of internists and surgeons,teaching via simulation scenarios of rare cases,and the cultivation of clinical and basic research thinking will help to improve the post competence of resident doctors.This paper will expound and discuss the reform and innovation of teaching in this training base.
