消银颗粒联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗寻常型银屑病

摘　　要：目的研究消银颗粒联合卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法在2016年4月—2019年5月期间一共选择了52例寻常型银屑病患者作为本次研究的对象,给予患者两种不同的治疗方式,并且以此为依据将患者分成了观察组和对照组,每组患者人数均为26人。其中对照组进行单纯消银颗粒治疗,观察组进行消银颗粒联合卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射治疗。比较患者在治疗效果、轻度恶心、头痛、呕吐等并发症发生率、治疗前评分、治疗1疗程评分、治疗2疗程的PASI评分的差异。结果观察组的治疗效果为92.31%,对照组的治疗效果为65.38%,观察组护理效果明显高于对照组,P<0.05.观察组在轻度恶心、头痛、呕吐等并发症发生率为3.85%,低于对照组的38.46%,P<0.05。观察组在治疗前评分、治疗1疗程评分、治疗2疗程的PASI评分分别为(8.54±0.21)分、(5.62±0.33)分、(2.87±0.46)分,均要低于对照组[(8.66±0.34)分、(6.44±0.22)分、(4.28±0.37)分],P<0.05。结论消银颗粒联合卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射治疗寻常型银屑病疗效显著,能够发挥中药和西药的作用联合对患者的疾病进行治疗,效果显著。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyin granule combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid acupoint injection on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 52 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected from April 2016 to May 2019 as subjects of this study.Patients were given two different treatments and the patients were divided into observations.The group and the control group,each group of 26 patients.The control group was treated with simple Xiaoyin granules,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyin granules combined with BCG-polysaccharide nucleic acid acupoint injection.The differences in the patient's treatment,mild nausea,headache,vomiting and other complication rates,pre-treatment scores,treatment 1 course scores,and PASI scores for 2 courses of treatment were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 92.31%,and the treatment effect of the control group was 65.38%.The nursing effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications such as mild nausea,headache and vomiting in the observation group was observed.3.85%,which was lower than the control group's 38.46%,P<0.05.The PASI scores of the observation group before treatment,1 treatment,and 2 treatments were(8.54±0.21),(5.62±0.33),and(2.87±0.46),respectively,which were lower than the control group[(8.66±0.34),(6.44±0.22),(4.28±0.37)],P<0.05.Conclusion Xiaoyin granule combined with BCGpolysaccharide nucleic acid acupoint injection for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has a significant effect.It can exert the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of patients'diseases,and the effect is remarkable.
