摘　　要：目的评价早期系统化护理干预在预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓DVT方面的价值,以提高ICU患者的安全性。方法选择医院ICU收治的患者,总计90例。治疗期间结合护理方法,进行采取常规护理的对照组和采取早期系统化护理干预的观察组随机分组护理,各45例。对比对照组和观察组2组ICU患者的DVT发生率以及股静脉平均血流速度变化情况。结果观察组ICU患者的DVT发生率明显低于对照组,治疗后1周、2组患者股静脉平均血流速度均优于对照组,观察指标对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对比常规护理,给予ICU患者早期系统性护理干预可以有效预防患者DVT形成、促进患者康复、提高患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the value of early systematic nursing intervention in the prevention of DVT of lower extremity DVT in ICU patients,so as to improve the safety of ICU patients.Methods 90 patients in ICU of our hospital were selected.During the treatment,combined with the nursing methods,the control group and the observation group were randomly divided into 45 cases each.The incidence of DVT and the change of mean velocity of femoral vein were compared between the control group and the observation group.Results The incidence of DVT in ICU patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the average blood flow velocity of femoral vein in the two groups and one week after treatment was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing,early systematic nursing intervention can effectively prevent the formation of DVT,promote the recovery of patients and improve the quality of life of patients in ICU.
