摘　　要：以自制三合一阻燃粉料为基础,VAE乳液为成膜物,分别制备了不同类型及不同梯度的颜填料和助剂的家装用水性防火涂料,研究了不同类型及不同用量的颜填料和助剂对耐火性能的影响。结果表明:添加8%(质量分数,后同)的钛白粉、8%的云母和4%的高岭土能提高家装用防火涂料的耐火性能;0.6%的铵盐分散剂能略微提高其防火性能;钠盐分散剂、高分子聚合型分散剂、消泡剂和增稠剂对家装用防火涂料的防火性能无明显影响;硅灰石的加入会降低家装用水性防火涂料的防火性能。Based on self-made three-in-one fire-retardant powder material, with VAE emulsion as film-forming material, waterborne fire-retardant coatings for home decoration with pigments, fillers, and additives of different types and gradients were prepared. The effects of different types and dosages of fillers and additives on fire resistance were studied. The results show: 8% titanium dioxide, 8% mica, and 4% kaolin can improve the fire resistance of the fire-retardant coatings for home decoration;0.6% ammonium salt dispersant can slightly improve the fire resistance;sodium salt dispersant, polymer dispersant, defoamer, and thickener have no obvious effect on the fire resistance of the fire-retardant coatings for home decoration;addition of wollastonite reduces the fire resistance of the waterborne fire-retardant coatings for home decoration.
