中西医结合防治原发性肝癌研究进展

摘　　要：我国原发性肝癌发病率、病死率高,及早防治肝癌至关重要。西医的治疗手段早期以手术为主,中晚期以经动脉化疗栓塞、局部消融、放射疗法等非手术治疗手段,针对不能耐受西医疗法可选择中医药辨证施治。这些方法单独使用存在着各种问题,现代医学联合中医药治疗能中西优势互补,贯穿治疗全过程;早期—防治癌前病变与手术并发症,加速康复;中期—防治复发与转移,减轻微创、介入、放疗不良反应;晚期—增效减毒,提高带瘤生存率。Primary liver cancer has a high incidence and high mortality rates in China,and early prevention and intervention is very crucial.The treatment of early stage is surgery to remove disease and inoperable therapies,such as TACE,local ablation and radiotherapy,for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.TCM can be selected to treat patients who cannot tolerate western medicine.Each therapy when used alone will display various problems,only combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can complement each other.Early stage-prevention and cure of precancerous lesions and surgical complications can accelerate rehabilitation;intermediate stage-preventive treatment can prevent recurrence and metastasis,and alleviate adverse reactions of minimally invasive,intervention and radiotherapy;late stage-synergism and attenuation can improve survival rates with tumor.
