摘  要:为了解决棘爪式离合器因无法承受电机产生的过大冲击载荷而失效的问题,对棘爪式离合器的结构进行分析与优化。在接口和外廓尺寸不变的条件下,采用棘爪柱销一体化设计和均载设计等方法,提出一种新的棘爪式离合器结构,并对其进行仿真分析、关键承力部件静力与冲击强度试验和舰用燃气轮机整机考核试验。结果表明:新的棘爪式离合器承载能力至少提高74%,在过大的冲击载荷作用下仍能正常工作,完全满足舰用燃气轮机的使用需求。In order to solve the problem that the claw clutch bear the excessive impact load of the motor,the structure of the claw clutch was analyzed and optimized.Under the condition that the interface and the external dimension were constant,a new clutch structure was proposed using the integrated design of the pawl and pin and load sharing design.The simulation analysis,the static and impact strength test of key bearing components and verification test on marine gas turbine were carried out.The results show that the new pawl clutch can increase its load capacity by at least 74%and work normally under excessive impact load,which can fully meet the operation demand of marine gas turbine.
