京郊农村公共卫生服务追溯及其重要性分析

摘　　要：2020年新冠疫情突发对农村公共卫生相关政策的实施是一次极大的考验。课题组通过网络及电话访谈,就追踪研究多年的某几个京郊村卫生室在这次疫情中的表现为切入点,以历史政策纵向发展为主线,分别对中华人民共和国成立后农村公共卫生服务历史回溯、"非典"疫情促进农村公共医疗卫生服务发展以及新冠疫情防治中村医充分发挥公共卫生服务的积极作用分别进行了分析,充分论证了我党和政府"不忘初心,一心为民"的执政理念。The outbreak of the new epidemic in 2020 is a great test for rural public health related policies and implementation.Through the network and telephone interviews,the research group traced the performance of several rural village clinics in Beijing suburbs in this epidemic situation as the breakthrough point,and took the historical policy vertical development as the main line,respectively traced the history of rural public health services after the founding of new China,"SARS"epidemic promoted the development of rural public health services,and village doctors were fully distributed in the prevention and control of new crown epidemic.The positive role of public health service was analyzed respectively,and the ruling concept of"never forgetting the original intention and wholeheartedly serving the people"of the party and government was fully demonstrated.
