摘 要:目的:探究新冠肺炎疫情期间高校学生风险认知、应对倾向与负性情绪之间的关系,为减轻学生应激反应和缓解负性情绪提供科学依据。方法:2020年2—3月,使用风险认知心理测量范式、简易应对方式量表及正性负性情绪量表,通过问卷星系统对477名高校学生进行调查。结果:高校学生对新冠肺炎的风险认知与负性情绪呈正相关(r=0.13,P<0.01),应对倾向在风险认知和负性情绪间发挥中介作用,中介效应占总效应的39.33%。结论:高校学生对新冠肺炎的风险认知水平较高,易产生负性情绪,应对倾向是风险认知与负性情绪之间的中介因素。高校应建立突发事件相关危机心理干预机制,指导学生积极应对突发事件,有效缓解负性情绪,促进学生心理健康。OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship of risk perception,coping tendency and negative emotions in college students during COVID-19 epidemic,to provide scientific basis for alleviating stress responsesand negative emotions in college students.METHODS The Psychometric Paradigm,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,and Positive and Negative Affect Scale were used to investigate and collect data in 477 college students by online questionnaires during February and March 2020.RESULTS College students’risk perception of COVID-19 was positively correlated with negative emotions(r=0.13,P<0.01),coping tendency play a mediating role between risk perception and negative emotions,the mediating effect accounted for 39.33%of the total effect.CONCLUSION The level of college students’risk perception is high during the covid-19 epidemic,which easily leads to negative emotions,and coping tendency is the mediator between risk perception and negative emotions.For colleges and universities,it is necessary to build a crisis psychological intervention mechanism,to guide college students to positively respond to emergencies,to relieve negative emotions effectively and to promote their psychological health.
