摘　　要：针对某电厂#1机组发电机出口断路器辅助开关故障现象,通过查找相关发电机保护动作联锁及故障录波分析,确定了#1机组停机过程中保护动作正确,并对断路器辅助开关动作情况进行了分析。通过更换不锈钢固定垫片,重新调节固定销钉牢固可靠,及时处理辅助接点机构传动连杆异常的故障,确保了发电机出口断路器的动作正常及可靠。In view of the failure of the auxiliary switch of the#1 unit generator outlet circuit breaker in a power plant,the correct protection action was determined during the shutdown process of the#1 unit by searching for the relevant generator protection action interlock and fault recording analysis.The action of auxiliary switch of circuit breaker was analyzed.By replacing the stainless steel fixed gasket,readjusting the fixing pin to be firm and reliable,and timely handling the abnormal fault of transmission linkage of auxiliary contact mechanism,the normal and reliable action of generator outlet circuit breaker was ensured.
