摘  要:电器外壳是一种典型的组合件的塑料制品,广泛应用于各种电子产品中。利用UG软件和Mold Wizard分型技术相结合总结模具设计的流程,通过抽取分型线完成分型面的设计完成模具结构优化,避免干涉现象的出现,利用Moldlfow软件确定了浇口位置,提升模具的设计效率和精度,确保模具的制造精度和装配精度,提升产品的生产质量和生产效率。Device shell is a kind of typical plastic product of assembly,which is widely used in various electronic products.UG software and Mold Wizard parting technology were combined to summarize the process of mold design.Parting line was extracted to complete the parting surface design,and the mold structure was optimized to avoid interference.Moldlfow software was used to determine the gate position to improve the efficiency and accuracy of mold design,ensure the manufacturing accuracy and assembly accuracy of the mold,and improve the production quality and efficiency of the product.
