摘  要:采用多孔吸附离子特性的滤纸结合选择性喷墨打印技术在FP表面实现图形化的Ni/Au金属薄膜修饰,并用作Ag-Zn纸基电池的集流体。通过无电镀Ag和电沉积Zn技术制备了FP/Ni/Au/Ag电极和FP/Ni/Au/Zn电极,实现了Ag-Zn纸基电池的制备。通过SEM和XRD等测试对制备的金属薄膜的结构和组成进行分析。并对所制备的Ag-Zn纸基电池的性能进行了研究。结果表明,在0.5 mA·cm^(−2)电流密度放电条件下,电容可达0.08 mA·h·cm^(-2)。还进一步研究了湿度对干法电池输出电流的影响,研究发现在相对湿度30%~90%范围内,电流变化3个数量级,拐点与电解质的潮解相对湿度(φD)和风化的相对湿度(φE)吻合,且具有良好的重复性。In this paper,the patterned Ni/Au metal film modification on filter paper surface was achieved through the adsorption and deposition principle of the porous characters together with inkjet-printed carbon mask technology,which were used as the current collector of Ag-Zn paper-based batteries.Ag-Zn paper-based batteries were fabricated by assembled FP/Ni/Au/Ag and FP/Ni/Au/Zn electrodes which was prepared via electroless Ag plating and Zn electrodepositing technologies,respectively.The structure and composition of the fabricated metal thin films were analyzed by SEM and XRD tests,and the electrochemical performance of the Ag-Zn paper-based battery was studied.The results show that the capacity of can reach 0.08 mAh cm^(-2) at a current density of 0.5 mA cm^(-2).The influence of humidity on the output current of dry-process batteries was also featured.The results indicate that within the range of relative humidity of 30%to 90%,the current changes by 3 orders of magnitude,and the inflection point coincide with the deliquescence relative humidity(φD)as well as the efflorescence relative humidity(φE)of the electrolyte,which also demonstrates good repeatability.
