摘　　要：为促进农村学生的发展,构建农村学生发展性评价体系至关重要。当前,农村学校教学评价存在着评价指标不合理、评价主体单一、评价内容不完善、评价方式落后等问题。农村学校要想构建农村学生发展性评价体系,应做到以下几点:转变评价观念,保证评价主体的多元化,合理应用档案袋评价法,加强对教师的培训。In order to promote the development of rural students,it is very important to build a developmental evaluation system for rural students.At present,there are some problems in rural school teaching evaluation,such as unreasonable evaluation index,single evaluation subject,imperfect evaluation content and backward evaluation method.If rural schools want to build the developmental evaluation system of rural students,they should do the following:change the evaluation concept,ensure the diversification of evaluation subjects,reasonably apply portfolio evaluation method,and strengthen the training of teachers.
