摘  要:职前语言能力培养,关系到教师的综合素养。尤其对于小学男教师来说,良好的语言表达能力可以给学生亲切感,拉近与学生之间的距离。文章围绕研究背景、小学男教师职前语言能力培养存在的问题、小学男教师职前语言能力培养策略等方面展开论述,以期通过职前语言能力培养提升小学男教师的综合素养,加强小学教师整体队伍建设。The cultivation of pre-service language ability is related to teachers'comprehensive quality.Especially for male primary school teachers,good language skills can give students a sense of intimacy and shorten the distance between them.This paper focuses on the research background,the problems existing in the pre-service language ability training of primary school male teachers,and the pre-service language ability training strategies of primary school male teachers,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of primary school male teachers and strengthen the overall team construction of primary school teachers through the pre-service language ability training.
