摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定藿香清胃片、藿香清胃胶囊、藿香清胃颗粒(栀子、防风、甘草等)中4种成分的含量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Waters Atlantis T3色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈⁃0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长240 nm。结果栀子苷、升麻素苷、5⁃O⁃甲基维斯阿米醇苷、甘草酸分别在34.29~342.9μg/mL(r=0.9999)、2.014~20.14μg/mL(r=0.9998)、1.996~19.96μg/mL(r=0.9998)、5.261~52.61μg/mL(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率96.87%~99.46%,RSD 0.68%~2.19%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于霍香清胃片、藿香清胃胶囊、藿香清胃颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Huoxiang Qingwei Tablets,Huoxiang Qingwei Capsules and Huoxiang Qingwei Granules(Gardeniae Fructus,Saposhnikoviae Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Waters Atlantis T3 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile⁃0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 240 nm.RESULTS Geniposide,prim⁃O⁃glucosylcimifugin,5⁃O⁃methylvisammio⁃side and glycyrrhizic acid showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 34.29-342.9μg/mL(r=0.9999),2.014-20.14μg/mL(r=0.9998),1.996-19.96μg/mL(r=0.9998)and 5.261-52.61μg/mL(r=0.9997),whose average recoveries were 96.87%-99.46%with the RSDs of 0.68%-2.19%.CONCLUSION This simple,accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Huoxiang Qingwei Tablets,Huoxiang Qingwei Capsules and Huoxiang Qingwei Granules.
