雷公藤多苷片联合艾拉莫德对老年活动期类风湿关节炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的考察雷公藤多苷片联合艾拉莫德对老年活动期类风湿关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法100例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予艾拉莫德,观察组在对照组基础上加用雷公藤多苷片,疗程4个月。检测临床疗效、晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、HAQ⁃DI评分、DAS28评分、ESR、RF、CRP、抗CCP抗体、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组晨僵时间短于对照组(P<0.05),关节压痛数、关节肿胀数更少(P<0.05),HAQ⁃DI评分、DAS28评分、ESR、RF、CRP、抗CCP抗体更低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷片联合艾拉莫德可安全有效地改善老年活动期类风湿关节炎患者关节功能。AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets combined with iguratimod on elderly patients with active rheumatoid arthritis.METHODS One hundred patients were randomly assigned into control group(50 cases)for 4⁃month administration of iguratimod,and observation group(50 cases)for 4⁃month administration of both Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets and iguratimod.The changes in clinical efficacy,morning stiffness time,counts of joint tenderness and joint swelling,HAQ⁃DI scores,DAS28 scores,ESR,RF,CRP,anti⁃CCP antibodies and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher clinical effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group displayed shorter morning stiffness time than the control group(P<0.05),along with declined counts of joint tenderness number and joint swelling number(P<0.05),and lower HAQ⁃DI scores,DAS28 scores,ESR,RF,CRP and anti⁃CCP antibodies(P<0.05).No obvious difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the elderly patients with active rheumatoid arthritis,Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets combined with iguratimod can safely and effectively improve joint functions.
