摘 要:炮孔孔壁压力是研究钻孔爆破炸药对周围介质产生破坏作用不可缺少的初始参量,径向不耦合连续装药炮孔孔壁压力的主要影响因素为炸药密度、爆速和不耦合系数等。在炸药密度和不耦合系数一定的情况下,爆速与装药直径相关,为了研究装药直径对爆破效果的影响,采用理论分析与现场试验的方法,开展不同装药直径孔壁压力和爆破效果分析,探讨炮孔孔壁压力与装药直径的关系。结果表明:在装药结构和不耦合系数一定时,炮孔孔壁压力随着装药直径的增加而升高,巷道掘进掏槽爆破掏槽眼采用大直径装药能够取得较好的爆破效果,对类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。The borehole wall pressure is an indispensable initial parameter to study the explosive destructive action on surrounding medium in borehole blasting.The main influencing factors of borehole wall pressure of radial-uncoupled continuous charge are explosive density,detonation velocity,uncoupling coefficient,and so on.When the density and uncoupling coefficient of the explosive is constant,detonation velocity is related to charge diameter.In order to study the influence of charge diameter on detonation velocity,the theoretical analysis and field test are both carried out.The borehole wall pressure and blasting effect under different charge diameters are analyzed to research the relationship between borehole wall pressure and charge diameter.The results show that when the charge structure and decoupling coefficient are constant,the borehole wall pressure increases with the increase of charge diameter.Good blasting effect can be obtained by using large diameter charge structure in cutting hole of roadway excavation.
