摘　　要：本文以刚构桥为例,分析了监理投标技术建议书中的重难点编制要点,以期为相关技术人员提供参考。This article takes a rigid frame bridge as an example to analyze the important and difficult points in the preparation of technical proposals for supervision and bidding,in order to provide references for relevant technical personnel.
