摘 要:本试验对11个不同来源的金线莲进行了芦丁、总氨基酸、总有机酸含量检测,并选取优良金线莲种质进行了快繁。结果表明:不同来源的金线莲芦丁含量均极低,总体表现为广西金线莲>福建金线莲>台湾金线莲,其中以广西平乐金线莲芦丁含量最高;总氨基酸含量为栽培种均值高于野生种,总体表现为台湾金线莲>福建金线莲>浙江金线莲>广西金线莲,其中台湾桃园金线莲总氨基酸含量明显高于其他样品;总有机酸含量表现为台湾金线莲高于广西金线莲和福建金线莲,其中台湾桃园金线莲总有机酸含量最高;选择台湾桃园金线莲含1个茎节的0.8 cm茎段作为外植体,以MS+蔗糖20 g/L+琼脂6 g/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L作为培养基,诱导萌发率最高,可达91.67%。The contents of rutin,total amino acids and total organic acids in Anoectochilus roxburghii from 11 different sources were detected,and excellent germplasm of Anoectochilus roxburghii was selected for rapid propagation.The results showed that the average content of rutin in Anoectochilus roxburghii from different sources was very low,and the order was Guangxi Anoectochilus roxburghii>Fujian Anoectochilus roxburghii>Taiwan Anoectochilus roxburghii,among which,Guangxi Pingle Anoectochilus roxburghii had the highest rutin content.The average content of total amino acids of cultivated species was higher than that of wild species,and the order of total amino acids content of Anoectochilus roxburghii was Taiwan Anoectochilus roxburghii>Fujian Anoectochilus roxburghii>Zhejiang Anoectochilus roxburghii>Guangxi Anoectochilus roxburghii,the total amino acids content of Anoectochilus roxburghii in Taoyuan of Taiwan was significantly higher than that of other samples.The total organic acids content of Taiwan Anoectochilus roxburghii was higher than that of Guangxi Anoectochilus roxburghii and Fujian Anoectochilus roxburghii,and the total organic acids content of Anoectochilus roxburghii in Taoyuan of Taiwan was the highest.The 0.8 cm stem segment containing 1 stem node of Anoectochilus roxburghii was selected as the explants,and MS+sucrose 20 g/L+agar 6 g/L+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L was selected as the medium,the germination rate was the highest,reaching 91.67%.
