摘 要:本文利用高效液相色谱法建立砂糖橘和土壤中阿维菌素残留量的分析方法,研究阿维菌素的动态消解过程,拟合消解曲线方程。结果表明:砂糖橘全果阿维菌素消解动态方程为y=0.2559e^-0.214t,R^2=0.969,半衰期为4.36 d;果皮中阿维菌素消解动态方程为y=0.222e^-0.14t,R^2=0.9695,半衰期为4.27 d;土壤中的阿维菌素消解动态方程为y=0.3601e^-0.228t,R^2=0.9763,半衰期为3.67 d。对比动态消解方程表明,阿维菌素在土壤中的消解速率优于果实,且阿维菌素在砂糖橘果肉中无残留。In this paper,a method for the determination of avermectin residues in sugar orange and soil was established by high performance liquid chromatography.The dynamic digestion process of avermectin was studied and the digestion curve equation was fitted.The results showed that the dynamic equation of avermectin digestion in the whole fruit of sugar orange was y=0.2559e^-0.214t,R^2=0.969,the half-life period was 4.36 d;the dynamic equation of avermectin digestion in pericarp was y=0.222e^-0.14t,R^2=0.9695,the half-life period was 4.27 d;the dynamic equation of avermectin digestion in soil was y=0.3601e^-0.228t,R^2=0.9763,the half-life period was 3.67 d.The analysis of dynamic digestion equation showed that the digestion rate of avermectin in soil was superior to that of fruit,and there was no residue of avermectin in the sugar orange pulp.
