摘　　要：我国已步入老龄化社会,养老问题尤以失能老人的长期照护问题最为严重。相比发达国家的照护保险覆盖率高、照护服务内容全面及服务标准严格,我国失能老人的长期照护问题存在诸多问题,如长期照护体系未建立、失能老人照护保险还处于试行阶段和缺乏相应人才等问题。机构养老模式是失能老人照护的一种重要形式,本文主要关注我国养老机构失能老人长期照护需求的现状、护理内容以及照护服务建议等有关内容。通过对失能老人长期照护需求问题研究,为政府及社会养老机构提供建议,拓展长期照护事业发展思路,从而实现失能老人照护工作的有序顺利开展。China has stepped into an aging society,and the pension problem is serious,especially long-term care of the disabled elderly.Compared with the high coverage of care insurance,comprehensive care services and strict service standards in developed countries,there are still many problems in long-term care of the disabled elderly in China,such as long-term care system has not been established,the disabled elderly care insurance is still in the pilot stage and lack of corresponding talents.Institutional pension model is an important form of care for the disabled elderly.This paper focuses on the current situation of long-term care needs of the disabled elderly in pension institutions in China,as well as the contents of care and the suggestions of care services,etc.Through the research on long-term care needs of the disabled elderly,aiming to provide suggestions for the governments and social pension institutions,and to expand the development ideas of long-term care,so as to achieve the healthy development of disabled elderly care.
