摘 要:目的对2019年黑龙江省食源性疾病监测哨点医院分离的肠炎沙门菌菌株进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)试验,并对其分子流行病学特征进行分析,查找可疑危险因素,为相关部门制定政策和采取防控措施提供参考依据。方法参照《2019年国家食源性疾病监测工作手册》,采用限制性内切酶XbaⅠ对40株肠炎沙门菌开展PFGE分子溯源分析,最后利用BioNumerics软件对PFGE图谱进行聚类分析。结果2019年黑龙江省食源性疾病监测分离的肠炎沙门菌指纹图谱型别相对集中,哈尔滨市、齐齐哈尔市、大庆市、双鸭山市、鹤岗市、大兴安岭地区的菌株谱型相似度较高,均呈现出2019年黑龙江省的肠炎沙门菌优势图谱。结论需要继续对食源性疾病来源的肠炎沙门菌进行监测,重点关注优势谱型肠炎沙门菌的变化趋势,识别和分析肠炎沙门菌的跨区域传播,有效控制暴发,为食源性疾病的防控工作指明方向。Objective To conduct pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE)test on Salmonella enteritidis isolated from sentinel hospitals for food-borne diseases surveillance in Heilongjiang Province in 2019,and to analyze the molecular epidemiological characteristics for the identification of suspicious risk factors,so as to provide reference for the relevant departments to formulate policies and take prevention and control measures.Methods According to 2019 National Food-borne Disease Monitoring Work Manual,the molecular traceability of PFGE of 40 Salmonella enteritidis strains was analyzed by restriction enzyme XbaⅠ.Then,the PFGE maps were clustered by BioNumerics software.Results The fingerprinting patterns of Salmonella enteritidis isolated from food-borne diseases surveillance in Heilongjiang Province in 2019 were relatively concentrated.The similarity of strains in Harbin,Qiqihar,Daqing,Shuangyashan,Hegang and Daxinganling was high,showing the dominant spectrum of Salmonella enteritidis in Heilongjiang Province in 2019.Conclusion It is necessary to continue to monitor Salmonella enteritidis from food-borne diseases,focus on the changing trend of dominant spectrum Salmonella enteritidis,identify and analyze the cross-regional transmission of Salmonella enteritidis,control the outbreak effectively,so as to point out the direction for the prevention and control of food-borne diseases.
