昆明市18岁以上居民人体成分及超重肥胖特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解昆明市成人不同年龄段人体成分基本特征和超重、肥胖现状,为早期的慢性病预防与控制提供参考。方法随机筛选4 752名2018年11月-2020年2月在某健康管理中心健康体检者的人体成分数据,采用质量指数将体检者分为偏瘦、正常、超重、肥胖4组,对人体成分特征进行分析。结果昆明市成年居民超重率为34.55%,肥胖率为12.10%。其中男性超重率23.17%,肥胖率9.11%;女性超重率11.38%,肥胖率2.99%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性与女性体成分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在各年龄段内,体内总水分、蛋白质、无机盐、去脂体重、体脂率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昆明市不同性别、年龄居民人体成分差异明显,且随营养状况、年龄、性别而改变,研究为居民成人早期的慢病预防与控制提供了参考依据。Objective To understand the basic characteristics of human body composition and the status of overweight and obesity in different age groups among the adult residents in Kunming City of Yunnan Province,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of chronic diseases in the early stage.Methods Body composition data of 4752 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center from November 2018 to February 2020 were randomly selected.The physical examinees were divided into four groups according to body mass index:lean,normal,overweight and obese,and the characteristics of body composition were analyzed.Results The overweight rate and obesity rate of the adult residents was 34.55%and 12.10%,respectively.Among them,the overweight rate of male was 23.17%,the obesity rate was 9.11%;the overweight rate of female was 11.38%,and the obesity rate was 2.99%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of body composition between male and female was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in total water content,protein,inorganic salt,fat free mass and body fat percentage among different age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in body composition among the residents in different genders and ages in Kunming City,and it changes with nutritional status,age and gender.This study provides a reference basis for the prevention and control of chronic diseases among the adult residents in the early stage.
