摘　　要：目的研究大学生吸烟、控烟现状及其影响因素,为制定适宜的控烟策略和高校创建无烟学校措施提出合理建议。方法选取综合院校和医学院校各1所,分层整群抽取调查对象,进行调查并分析数据。采用χ2检验和Logistic回归模型,分析吸烟及控烟行为的影响因素。结果大学生总吸烟率为14.50%,男生、女生吸烟率分别为24.00%和5.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);大学生愿意参加控烟活动的占59.14%,男生、女生占比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。女生、近日无醉酒行为、近日与他人无纠纷、赞成提高卷烟价格、赞成实施校园无烟措施、赞成校园控烟,是控烟的保护因素;女生、赞成提高卷烟价格、介意周围人在自己身边吸烟、控烟态度积极、宿舍楼内有禁烟标识,是学生参与控烟活动的促进因素。结论大学生吸烟现状较严重,应建立校园控烟长效机制并采取相应措施。Objective To study the current situation of smoking and smoking control among college students as well as influencing factors,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for formulating appropriate smoking control strategies and establishing smoke-free schools in colleges and universities.Methods Stratified and cluster sampling was conducted in a comprehensive college and in a medical college.The investigation was conducted and the data were analyzed.Chi-square test and logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of smoking and smoking control behaviors.Results The total smoking rate of college students was 14.50%,and 24.00%for boys and 5.21%for girls,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);with 59.14%of college students were willing to participate in smoking control activities.There was significant difference in the proportion of boys and girls(P<0.01).Female students,no drunk behavior recently,no dispute with others in recent days,in favor of increasing cigarette price,in favor of implementing smoke-free measures on campus and smoking control on campus were the protective factors of smoking control;female students,in favor of increasing cigarette price,very concerned about smoking around them,positive attitude towards tobacco control,and no smoking signs in dormitory buildings were the promotion factors of the students to participate in tobacco control activities.Conclusion The current situation of college students’smoking is serious.A long-term mechanism of smoking control on campus should be established and the corresponding measures should be taken.
