摘  要:目的了解黑龙江省腹泻患者中札如病毒(SaV)的感染情况,明确黑龙江省SaV流行的基因型别。方法收集2017年1月—2019年12月黑龙江省哨点医院腹泻患者粪便标本560份,采用Real-time PCR检测粪便中的SaV,对SaV阳性标本采用RT-PCR方法扩增部分衣壳蛋白区,对PCR产物测序并进行系统进化分析,对病例进行流行病学分析。结果2017年1月—2019年12月SaV阳性检出率为1.61%,男性检出率为1.73%,女性检出率为1.48%,不同性别间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.057,P=0.811)。6~<18岁组检出率最高(8.33%),其次为3~<6岁组(7.14%),明显高于其他年龄组检出率。SaV流行季节高峰在冬季。对阳性标本进行测序,获得4株序列;系统进化分析结果显示,1株GI.2型,2株GII.3型,1株GII.5型。结论SaV是黑龙江省病毒性腹泻的病原之一,GI.2、GII.3和GII.5型是目前主要的检出型别。Objective To know the infection of Sapovirus(SaV)in patients with diarrhea in Heilongjiang Province,and to determine the genotype of SaV epidemic in Heilongjiang Province.Methods 560 stool samples of diarrhea patients were collected from January,2017 to December,2019 in Heilongjiang Provincial sentinel hospital.Real-time PCR was used to detect SaV.RT-PCR was used to amplify part of the capsid protein region of SaV positive samples.The positive PCR products were sequenced to conduct the phylogenetic tree.The epidemiological data of the cases were analyzed.Results The positive detection rate of SaV from January,2017 to December,2019 was 1.61%,the detection rate of males was 1.73%,and the detection rate of females was 1.48%.There was no statistically significant difference in detection rate be⁃tween different genders(χ2=0.057,P=0.811).The detection rate of the 6~<18 age group was the highest at 8.33%,fol⁃lowed by the 7.14%at the age of 3~<6 years,which was significantly higher than that of other age groups.The peak season of SaV was in winter.The positive samples were sequenced and 4 sequences were obtained.Phylogenetic analysis result showed that 1 strain was GI.2,2 strains were GII.3,and 1 strain was GII.5.Conclusion SaV was one of the patho⁃gens of viral diarrhea in Heilongjiang Province,and genotype GI.2,GII.3 and GII.5 were the predominant strains.
