吉林省预防接种单位现状调查及运转情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解吉林省预防接种单位基本运转情况。方法采用调查问卷方式获得全省全部预防接种单位基本情况,用EpiData 3.1建立数据库,Microsoft Excel 2010和SPSS 18.0进行数据分析。结果全省预防接种单位服务周期日接种为51.15%;周末门诊开放构成比为3.08%;门诊每日平均接种32剂次/单位;人均日接种28剂次;接种单位运营成本为20万元/单位,其中工作经费为3.15万元;接种单位每日平均开放4.5 h,服务半径为12 km;数字化门诊构成比为2.69%;人均薪酬为3000元/月。以上各项在乡镇卫生院和城市接种门诊、全省各地区之间的接种单位以及辖区年龄组分类的接种单位,差异均有统计学意义。结论吉林省免疫规划预防接种单位目前可以满足辖区适龄儿童的预防接种服务,但数字化门诊低,存在资源分配不合理的现象,需对人员及设备进行调整提升免疫规划服务水平。Objective To evaluate the basic operation of vaccination units in Jilin Province.Methods Questionnaire was used to obtain the basic information of all vaccination units in the province,and EpiData 3.1 was used to establish the database,and Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS18.0 were used to analyze the data.Results The service cycle of vaccina⁃tion units in the whole province was 51.15%;the open ratio of weekend clinics was 3.08%;the average number of vacci⁃nations per day was 32 dosage/unit;the average number of vaccinations per day was 28 dosage;the operating cost per vaccination unit was 200000 yuan/unit,the working expenses were 31500 yuan,the average daily opening time of the vaccination units was 4.5 hours,the service radius is 12 km,the ratio of digital outpatient service was 2.69%,and the per capita salary was 3000 yuan per month.There were significant differences among the above-mentioned units in town⁃ship hospitals,urban vaccination clinics,vaccination units in different areas of the province,and vaccination units by age group.Conclusion At present,the vaccination units of Jilin Province’s immunization program can meet the needs of the vaccination service for school-age children in their jurisdiction areas.The digital outpatient clinics are low,and there is an unreasonable distribution of resources.Personnel and equipment need to be adjusted to enhance the level of immuniza⁃tion planning services.
