新冠肺炎疫情期间5所医疗机构集中空调卫生状况及管理对策

摘　　要：目的了解上海市金山区医疗机构集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为规范新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医疗机构集中空调通风系统卫生管理,防范院内交叉感染提供依据。方法选取上海市金山区所有使用集中空调通风系统的医疗机构作为研究对象,对其空调类型及设置、新风系统卫生状况、空调系统运行情况、卫生管理状况等进行现场调查。结果金山区医疗机构集中空调包括全空气系统、风机盘管加新风系统、变制冷剂流量多联式空调加新风系统3种类型。疫情防控期间部分医院关闭了全空气式集中空调通风系统主机,仅开启新风机组维持机械送风。开启中的集中空调均全新风量模式运行,新风设置符合卫生要求,回风关闭。过滤网、过滤器、净化器、风口等易污染部件每周清洗消毒至少1次。结论金山区医疗机构集中空调通风系统设置符合卫生规范要求,运行管理良好,新冠肺炎疫情通过集中空调通风系统传播和蔓延的可能性较小。建议在发热门诊及隔离观察室设置空气净化消毒器或安装空气净化消毒装置。Objective To understand central air-conditioning ventilation system sanitary conditions of medical institutions in Jinshan District,Shanghai City,to regulate central air-conditioning ventilation system sanitary conditions of medical institutions during COVID-19 epidemic,and provide reference for nosocomial cross infection.Methods All medical insti⁃tutions in Jinshan District of Shanghai were selected as the research objects to investigate the types and settings of air conditioning,the health status of fresh air system,the operation status of air conditioning system,and the health management status.Results There are three types of central air-conditioning system in Jinshan medical institutions,including total air system,fan coil plus fresh air system,variable refrigerant flow multi connected air-conditioning plus fresh air system.During the epidemic prevention and control period,some hospitals closed the main engine of the all air central air conditioning and ventilation system and only opened the fresh air unit to maintain the mechanical air supply.All the central air conditioners in operation are in the new air volume mode,the fresh air setting meets the sanitary re⁃quirements,and the return air is closed.Filter screen,filter,purifier,tuyere and other easily polluted parts shall be cleaned and disinfected at least once a week.Conclusion Central air-conditioning ventilation system in Jinshan District medical institutions is in line with the hygienic standard and has good operation and management.The possibility of spreading the new crown pneumonia epidemic is limited through the central air-conditioning system.It is suggested to in⁃stall air purification sterilizer or air purification sterilizer in fever clinic and isolation observation room.
