2010—2019年济南市不同检测来源新报告HIV/AIDS病例情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析2010—2019年济南市不同检测来源新报告的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病例情况,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法采用χ2检验或Fisher确切概率法,对来源于艾滋病防治基本信息系统的相关数据进行统计学分析。结果2010—2019年济南市开展HIV抗体检测人次数从2010年的289553人次增至2019年的1675505人次,增加了478.6%;新报告HIV/AIDS病例数从84例增至720例,增加了757.1%;粗检出率从2.9/万增至4.3/万。2010—2019年医疗机构检测和疾病预防控制机构检测新报告HIV/AIDS病例数分别占全市的61.0%和28.8%。不同检测来源新报告病例在性别、年龄、职业、婚姻、文化程度和感染途径的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论近年来医疗机构检测在济南市艾滋病病例发现中起着越来越重要的作用,同时疾病预防控制机构检测也依然是重要的发现途径。Objective To analyze the newly reported HIV/AIDS cases from different sources of detection in Jinan from 2010 to 2019,to provide evidence for developing future intervention measures.Methods The data collected from the in⁃formation system of HIV/AIDS prevention and control were analyzed by using the Chi-squared or Fisher exact test.Results From 2010 to 2019,the number of HIV screening tests increased by 478.6%,from 289.533 thousand to 1675.505 thousand.The newly reported HIV/AIDS cases increased by 757.1%,from 84 to 720.The number of newly re⁃ported cases accounted for 61.0%and 28.8%respectively,detected from medical institutes and CDC in Jinan from 2010 to 2019.The HIV positive coarse rate increased from 2.9 per ten thousand to 4.3 per ten thousand.The differences of gender,age,occupation,marriage,educational level and route of infection from different sources were statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Testing for medical institutes played more and more important role in the detection of HIV/AIDS cases in Jinan City in recent years.At the same time,testing and counseling is still an important source to detect cases.
