甘肃省脊灰疫苗推迟接种及脱漏现况分析

摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)疫苗推迟接种和脱漏情况,掌握影响脊灰疫苗及时接种的因素,为相关部门提高脊灰疫苗及时接种提供科学依据。方法采用χ2检验比较从甘肃省免疫规划信息系统获得脊灰疫苗1剂次、2剂次和3剂次迟种情况地区间差异,分地区统计脊灰疫苗迟种和脱漏情况,采用χ2检验比较脊灰疫苗迟种期间非免疫规划疫苗地区间接种差异。结果陇南市、临夏回族自治州和甘南藏族自治州脊灰疫苗1剂次迟种比例高于其他市(州),差异有统计学意义(χ2=3875.50,P<0.001)。庆阳市、陇南市和甘南藏族自治州脊灰疫苗2剂次迟种比例高于其他市(州),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4377.35,P<0.001)。庆阳市、陇南市和甘南藏族自治州脊灰疫苗3剂次迟种比例高于其他市(州),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4639.25,P<0.001)。结论为避免脊灰疫苗的迟种和脱漏,应加大宣传力度,普及疫苗安全知识,推荐脊灰疫苗和其他疫苗进行同时接种。Objective In order to understand the postponed and dropped out poliovirus vaccine vaccination in Gansu Province,to grasp the factors affecting the timely poliovirus vaccine inoculation,and to provide scientific basis for the rele⁃vant departments to improve the timely poliovirus vaccine coverage rate.Methodsχ2 test was used to compare the regional differences inoculations of poliovirus vaccine postponed obtained from the Gansu Provincial Immunization Program Information System for 1,2 and 3 doses.The poliovirus vaccine postponed and dropped out were counted by region,andχ2 test was used to compare the non-immunization program vaccination differences between regions during the postponed period of poliovirus vaccine vaccination.Results Longnan City,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture and Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture have a significantly higher different proportion of 1 dose polio vaccine than other cities(χ2=3875.50,P<0.001).Qingyang City,Longnan City,and Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture have a higher proportion of 2 doses polio vaccine than other cities(χ2=4377.35,P<0.001).Qingyang City,Longnan City and Gannan Tibetan Au⁃tonomous Prefecture have a higher proportion of 3 dose polio vaccine than other cities(χ2=4639.25,P<0.001).Conclu⁃sion In order to avoid poliovirus vaccine postponed and dropped out,publicity efforts should be strengthened,to popular⁃ize vaccine safety knowledge,and to recommend poliovirus vaccine and other vaccines for simultaneous vaccination.
