深圳市疾控机构实验室能力建设现状分析及建议

摘　　要：目的获取深圳市疾控机构(CDC)实验室能力建设现状,分析存在的问题,为新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情后疾控机构建设提供参考。方法采取问卷调查和现场评估的方法,收集深圳市区级疾控机构的实验室能力建设相关数据,并加以分析。结果对比108号文中指标,深圳市区级疾控的检测项目及仪器设备配置达标率均大于82%。11家实验室均通过中国计量认证(CMA),认证项目数为254~874项,质量管理情况良好。结论深圳市区两级疾控机构的实验室能力建设基本达标。大区和小区之间实验室能力建设有一定差距,各大区之间无明显差异。建议将各大区实验室升级打造成各具特色的区域性实验室,适度下调小区实验室的考核指标。Objective By obtaining current situation of laboratory capability construction in Center for Disease Prevention and Control(CDC)of Shenzhen City,and analyzing the existing problems,to provide scientific reference for the construction of CDC after COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Questionnaires and on-site assessment were conducted to collect and analyze the relevant data of the laboratory capability construction from district-tevel disease prevention and control institutions in Shenzhen City.Results Compared with the index in No.108 document,the compliance rate of detection items and the con⁃figuration of equipment in the 11 CDC from Shenzhen were higher than 82%,all 11 CDC acquired China Metrology Accred⁃itation(CMA)and the numbers of the qualified items were from 254 to 874,which indicated the quality management in good condition.Conclusion The laboratory construction of municipal and district-level disease prevention and control insti⁃tutons in Shenzhen has basically reached the standard.There is a certain gap in laboratory capability construction between advanced districts and developing districts,and there is no significant difference among the developed districts.It is recom⁃mended that all the laboratories in the developed districts could be upgraded to distinctive regional labs while the assess⁃ment indicators of the laboratories in the developing districts are moderately lowered.
