摘  要:以新鲜的蚯蚓粪为试材,采用选择性培养基初筛和钼锑抗比色法复筛筛选解磷菌,共分离筛选得到7株解磷菌LH01、LH02、LH03、LH04、LH05、LH06、LH07,其中LH05菌的解磷能力最强,解磷圈的内外直径比D/d达2.26。根据LH05菌体形态观察、生理生化特性鉴定及16S rDNA同源性分析等结果,初步鉴定该菌为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)。结果表明:LH05菌解磷的最佳条件分别为接种量9%、培养温度35℃、初始pH 6.5,可溶性磷含量最高可达96.69 mg·L-1。该研究结果为进一步研制高效解磷菌剂提供稳定高效的菌种和前期研究基础。The earthworm manure was used as the material in this study.Seven strains of phosphate bacteria LH01,LH02,LH03,LH04,LH05,LH06,and LH07 were isolated and screened by selective medium primary screening and molybdenum-antimony anticolorimetry.Among them,the LH05 bacteria had the strongest ability to dissolve phosphorus,and the ratio of the inner and outer diameters of the phosphate ring was 2.26.According to the results of morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical identification and 16 SrDNA homology analysis,the bacterium was preliminarily identified as Bacillus pumilus.The results showed that orthogonal experiment,optimum conditions of phosphorus removal of LH05 were 9% inoculum amount,35 ℃ culture temperature,initial pH 6.5 and 96.69 mg·L-1 dissoluble phosphorus content.Which provided stable and highefficient bacteria and theoretical basis for further development of high-efficiency phosphorus removal bacteria.
