负压封闭引流技术在治疗犬咬伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术在治疗犬咬伤中的应用效果。方法:采取有效的2016年5月-2019年4月于来院就诊的62例犬咬伤患者,根据蒙特卡洛随机數算法分为对照组(n=31)与观察组(n=31),对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取负压引流法,对比2组患者的CRP指数与治疗时间以及感染率情况。结果:观察组第2期缝合时间及伤口感染发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流的应用,可以缩短被犬咬伤的患者的伤口长期暴露时间,降低反复感染的发生率,为2次缝合提供一个更短的时间,有效缩短治疗周期。Objective:To investigate the application of negative pressure sealing drainage technique in the treatment of dog bite.Methods:To adopt effective in May 2016 to come to a hospital to see a doctor in April2019 in 76 patients bitten by dogs,based on the monte carlo random algorithm can be divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38),the control group treated with conventional,observation group takes the negative pressure drainage method,compared two groups of patients with CRP index and infection rate and treatment time.Result:The second stage suture time and the incidence of wound infection in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The second stage suture time and the incidence of wound infection in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of negative pressure closure drainage can shorten the long-term exposure time of the wound of patients bitten by dogs,reduce the incidence of repeated infection,provide a shorter time for secondary suture,and effectively shorten the treatment cycle.
