摘　　要：基于挤压成型原理设计了一种低温控制、集成化、小型化的生物打印机,该装置主机包括中央控制系统、温度控制系统、打印底板、打印喷头和三维运动平台等部件,可打印生物墨水材料包括明胶、海藻酸盐、普朗尼克、纤维蛋白等水凝胶及细胞复合物等。该机打印速度可以达到0~50 mm/s,打印精度100μm,打印喷头控制10~90℃。利用该装置和含有人耳软骨细胞的生物墨水,打印具有一定生理活性的人工仿生耳朵。实验结果表明,当生物墨水组成为3 g黏土、2 mL海藻酸钠、1 mL硫酸钙交联剂、4 mL硅橡胶和0.2 mL固化剂时,打印结构可维持10 d以上,钙黄绿素和碘化吡啶染色结果表明,打印出的软骨细胞具有良好的生长活性。Based on the principle of extrusion,a bio-printer with low temperature control,integration and miniaturization is designed.It consists of central control system,temperature control system,printing plate,printing nozzle and three-dimensional motion platform.The bio-ink materials include gelatin,alginate,Prang Nick,fibrin and other cell lines.The printing speed of this machine can reach 0~50 mm/s.The printing accuracy is 100μm,and the printing nozzle is controlled at 10~90℃.Using the device and the biological ink containing human ear cartilage cells,the artificial bionic ear with certain physiological activity is printed.When the bio-ink includes 3 g clay,2 mL sodium alginate,1 mL calcium sulfate crosslinking agent,4 mL silicone rubber and 0.2 mL curing agent,the printed structure could be maintained for more than 10 days.And the printed cartilage cells have good growth activity using calcein and pyridine iodide testing.The innovative experiment of tissue engineering around the experimental device can help students to understand the principle,operation and application field of bioprinting technology.
