摘　　要：目前,肥胖已成为全球性的健康问题,发病率持续上升。肥胖可引发机体代谢紊乱,导致糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压、代谢综合征、心血管疾病、癌症等,严重威胁人类健康,肥胖症的治疗成为了当前社会公共卫生的热点问题。肥胖症的发病机制与遗传、环境及个体生活方式等密切相关。临床疗效证明,中医药治疗肥胖独具特色,疗效确切,不良反应、反弹率较低,费用低廉,无并发症风险。仝小林院士基于多年临证实践探索,提出的"态靶因果"中医组方策略,在痰湿郁热型肥胖症的辨治中得到了良好发挥。该病以痰湿郁热为态,形体肥胖为靶,通过小陷胸汤开郁清热,决明子消脂,车前子与葶苈子利水,莱菔子消痰导滞,茺蔚子通络降压、调脂抗氧化,共同打靶、调态,态靶辨治,在临床上取得了良好的疗效。Obesity has become a global health problem,and the incidence rate has been rising.Obesity can lead to metabolic disorders,such as diabetes,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,metabolic syndrome,cardiovascular disease,cancer and so on.It is a serious threat to human health.The treatment of obesity has become a hot issue in public health.The pathogenesis of obesity is closely related to genetics,environment and individual lifestyle.Clinical efficacy shows that traditional Chinese medicine treatment of obesity has unique characteristics,exact curative effect,low adverse reactions,rebound rate,low cost,no risk of complications.Based on years of clinical practice and exploration,academician TONG Xiaolin put forward the strategy of "state-target cause and effect"in TCM prescription formulation,which has played a good role in the treatment of obesity of phlegm dampness and heat stagnation type.The disease takes phlegm dampness and heat stagnation as the state and body obesity as the target.Through Xiaoxianxiong Decoction to remove depression and heat,Juemingzi( cassia seed) to eliminate fat,Cheqianzi( plantain seed) and Tinglizi( lepidium seed) to promote water,Laifuzi( semen Raphani) to eliminate phlegm and stagnation,Chongweizi( Semen Cassiae) to dredge collaterals,reduce blood pressure,regulate lipid and antioxidation,jointly target,regulate state,state target differentiation and treatment,and achieve good clinical effect.
