摘　　要：蔡圣朝教授认为,正气不足和风、寒、湿邪乘势伤人是痹病发生的主要病因病机,其病位不仅涉及皮、脉、肉、筋、骨,还涉及五脏六腑,治疗亦不能一味祛风(寒)除湿。蔡教授每于祛风湿之际,常注重顾护正气和健脾祛湿;对于痹病日久,又善用性善走窜、通经活络之藤类药物和搜邪通络的虫类药物。顾护脾胃、治血及补益肝肾是蔡师临床治疗痹病能每每奏效的重要因素。遣方用药多从古代经典方如独活寄生汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤、乌头汤等化裁而来,辨证论治与辨经论治相结合灵活加减应用。Professor CAI Shengchao believes that insufficient Qi and wind,cold and dampness are the main causes and pathogenesis of Bi syndrome.The location of the disease is not only related to skin,vein,flesh,tendons and bones,but also related to five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs,and the treatment can not blindly dispel wind( cold) and dampness.Professor CAI always pays attention to protecting the vital energy and invigorating the spleen and removing dampness when dispelling wind.He is good at using rattan drugs and insect drugs which can activate meridians and collaterals for a long time.Protecting the spleen and stomach,treating blood and tonifying the liver and kidney are important factors for CAI’ s clinical treatment of Bi syndrome.The prescriptions are mostly made up of ancient classical prescriptions such as Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction and Wutou Decoction.The combination of syndrome differentiation and meridian differentiation and treatment can be flexibly added or subtracted.
