摘　　要：目的观察益气通脉煎剂辅治冠心病所致气虚血瘀型病态窦房结综合征(SSS)的疗效及对动态心电图、心功能和血清N末端B型钠尿肽(NT-pro BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法 90例气虚血瘀型SSS患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例;对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用益气通脉煎剂,对两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为86.67%(39/45),明显高于对照组的64.44%(29/45)(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分及24 h总心率、平均心率、左室射血分数均明显优于对照组,窦房结恢复时间、校正后窦房结恢复时间、窦房结传导时间及血清NT-pro BNP、hs-CRP均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组均无明显药物不良反应,血常规、肝肾功能监测无明显异常。结论益气通脉煎剂辅治冠心病所致气虚血瘀型SSS疗效显著,能够更好地缓解患者临床症状,提高患者心率,改善心功能,降低血清NT-pro BNP、hs-CRP水平。Objective To observe the efficacy of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction adjuvant therapy on Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of sick sinus syndrome( SSS) caused by coronary heart disease and its influence on dynamic electrocardiogram,cardiac function and levels of serum N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide( NT-pro BNP) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP).Methods Ninety patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of SSS were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine,and the observation group was additionally given Yiqi Tongmai Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effects were compared and analyzed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[ 86.67%( 39/45) vs 64.44%( 29/45) ]( P < 0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores and24 h total heart rate,mean heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the sinus node recovery time,corrected sinus node recovery time,sinoatrial conduction time and levels of serum NT-pro BNP and hs-CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0.05).There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in the two groups,and there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine and liver and kidney function monitoring.Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai Decoction adjuvant therapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of SSS caused by coronary heart disease.And it can better alleviate clinical symptoms,improve heart rate and cardiac function and reduce levels of serum NT-pro BNP and hs-CRP.
