中药热奄包治疗静脉曲张术后下肢水肿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药热奄包热敷治疗下肢静脉曲张术后下肢水肿的临床效果。方法将2018年12月—2019年12月期间在石家庄市中医院进行大隐静脉曲张手术治疗后出现下肢水肿的50例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组纳入30例患者,38条肢体,对照组纳入20例患者,30条肢体。对照组患者进行常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者在手术前一天开始加用中药热奄包热敷关元、气海、神阙穴,比较两组临床症状(皮下血肿、皮下瘀斑、肢体麻木)的发生率以及尿潴留的发生率。结果两组患者治疗后肢体水肿均有减轻,观察组较对照组水肿减轻的速度明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者术后的并发症(皮下瘀斑、皮下血肿、下肢麻木)发生率较低而且恢复更快,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05),尿潴留的发生率也比对照组发生率低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论中药热奄包治疗下肢静脉曲张术后水肿效果显著,并可有效缓解患者的临床症状,降低并发症发生率,安全系数高。因此,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package treating edema of lower extremity after varicose veins.Methods Fifty patients with edema of lower extremity were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases( 38 affected limbs) were included in observation group and 20 cases( 30 affected limbs) were included in control group after operation treatment of varicose veins in Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in 2018.7-2019.12.The patients in the control group underwent routine treatment.On this basis,the patients in the observation groupadded traditional Chinese medicine hot election package at Guanyuan( RN4),Qihai( RN6) and Shenque( RN8) the day before surgery,and we observed and recorded the changes of the circumference of the affected limbs in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The difference of the speed of edema of the affected limbs in the two groups was significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine treating edema after varicose veins of lower extremity is remarkable,and it can also effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications and high safety factor.Therefore,it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
