摘  要:毂帽鳍设计参数选取的不同会影响螺旋桨尾流的回收利用程度,从而影响毂帽鳍的节能、消涡效果。针对低噪声多叶耦合螺旋桨这种新构型,本文采用CFD数值方法,分析了鳍叶叶数、周向安装角度和鳍叶直径比对毂帽鳍流场和节能效果的影响,研究结果表明:耦合桨虽然由前后2组桨叶错开布置,但在毂帽鳍叶数选取时,仍需以2组桨叶叶数之和作为参考;不同叶数的周向最佳安装角叶略有不同;本耦合桨在鳍叶直径比为0.41时,毂帽鳍增效最高,与常规桨相比耦合桨鳍叶最佳直径比相对偏大。本文结果可为耦合桨毂帽鳍设计时主参数的选取提供指导和依据。The selection of different design parameters of propeller boss cap fins(PBCF)affects the recycling of propeller wake flow,thereby affecting energy conservation and boss vortex elimination of the PBCF.The computational fluid dynamics numerical method was adopted to analyze the effects of the number,circumferential installation angle,and diameter ratio of the fin blade on the wake flow and energy conservation of the PBCF of a new type of low-noise coupling propeller.The research results show that although the front and rear blades of the coupling propeller are staggered,the sum of the number of two blade groups should be taken as the reference when the fin blade number is chosen.The optimum circumferential installation angle is slightly different when the fin blade number is different.The highest energy conservation of the current coupling propeller′s PBCF occurs when the diameter ratio of the fin blade is 0.41.It seems that the optimum diameter ratio of the coupling propeller′s PBCF is greater than that of a normal propeller.The current research results can provide reference and guidance for the selection of the main design parameters of coupling propellers′PBCF.
