摘 要:泵喷作为一种带定子的导管类组合推进器,其内部存在强烈的间隙流动,为了更加准确地预报泵喷推进器水动力性能,本文根据已有的梢部泄露涡模型,考虑泵喷间隙处流动的真实流动情况,考虑间隙区域流体粘性的影响,构建了适用于泵喷的间隙流动模型。通过对比分析泵喷转子、定子以及导管的水动力性能以及压力、环量分布发现:当考虑间隙流动模型的影响时,转子叶片以及导管内壁面压力及环量分布与粘流的计算结果更加吻合。间隙模型的引入对泵喷导管的影响最大,使得导管的水动力性能以及压力分布与粘流计算结果趋势更加一致,但对泵喷推进器整体的水动力性能计算结果影响有限,仅仅使得其计算值略微提升。A pump-jet propulsor is a duct-type combined propulsor with a stator.It has a strong gap flow inside it.In order to predict the hydrodynamic performance of a pump-jet propulsor more accurately,in this study a suitable gap-flow model is built based on the existing tip leakage vortex model while considering the actual flow in the gap region of the pump-jet propulsor and the influence of fluid viscosity in the gap region.By comparing and analyzing the hydrodynamic performance and pressure and circulation distribution of the rotor,stator,and duct of the pump-jet propulsor,it is found that the pressure and circulation distribution of the rotor blade and the inner wall of the duct are more consistent with the calculation results for viscous flow when considering the influence of the gap-flow model.The introduction of the gap-flow model has the biggest impact on the duct of the pump-jet propulsor,making the hydrodynamic performance and pressure distribution of the duct more consistent with the trend of the calculation results for viscous flow.However,the effect of the gap-flow model on the calculation results for the overall hydrodynamic performance of the pump-jet propulsor is limited,and its calculated value is only slightly increased.
