摘  要:船体艏艉部分外板属于双曲度曲面,是不可展曲面,在这部分外板敷设矩形块时,无法实现提前规划好每一块板的位置以节省时间和人力成本,针对此问题,本文以船体外板展开算法为基础,提出了矩形块布置算法,即根据选定的多条基准线在曲板的二维展开图中对矩形块进行布置,再将布置好的矩形块根据其特征点映射到原曲面,生成三维布置图。船艏部分的曲面布置结果表明:该算法可以满足实际生产布置的需求。The plate surface of a hull bow or stern is double curvature with a nondevelopable surface.It is impossible to plan the position of each tile in advance to save time and labor costs when laying rectangular tiles on the surfaces of hull bows and sterns.To solve this problem,a new algorithm for the layout of rectangular tiles is proposed in this paper based on the plate development algorithm of the hull.Specifically,the rectangular tiles are arranged in a two-dimensional development diagram of the curved plate according to the selected multiple reference lines.A three-dimensional layout diagram is then generated by mapping the rectangular tiles onto the original curved plate surface according to their feature points.The layout results of the curved surface of the bow show that the algorithm can meet the actual production requirements.
