摘　　要：随着现代经济社会的飞速发展及战争模式的改变,创伤性脑损伤有增无减,已然成为重要的全球公共卫生问题和卫勤保障的重难点。笔者检索并分析了近年国内外创伤性脑损伤的流行病学数据和相关研究进展,对创伤性脑损伤的发病率、病死率、致伤因素及临床诊疗等进行综述,为创伤性脑损伤的研究和平时、战时救治提供参考。With the development of modern economy and society and the change of war patterns,traumatic brain injury has increased rapidly and has become an important global public health problem and a great challenge of medical service support.We retrieved and analyzed traumatic brain injury-related epidemiological data and research progress in recent years,and reviewed the morbidity,mortality,etiology,and clinical diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain injury,so as to contribute to the future research and treatment of traumatic brain injury during peace and war.
