摘　　要：芳香聚酰亚胺具有优异的物理化学性能,已广泛应用于航空、航天、分离膜、纳米、液晶、微电子等诸多领域。而2,2’-二(三氟甲基)-4,4’联苯二胺(TFDB)是一种最具特色的芳香聚酰亚胺。文章着重分析了TFDB聚酰亚胺的特性,并介绍了制备方法,利用2-溴-5-硝基三氟甲苯、催化剂、还原剂制备得到TFDB,并介绍了其制备的具体方案。Aromatic polyimide have excellent physical chemistry properties and have been widely used in many fields,such as aviation,aerospace,separation membrane,Nano,liquid crystal,microelectronics and so on.And 2,2’something di(trifluoromethyl)something 4,4’biphenyl diamine(TFDB)is the most characteristic aromatic polyimide.In this paper,the characteristics of TFDB polyimide were analyzed,and the preparation method was introduced.TFDB was prepared by 2-bromo-5-nitro-trifluorotoluene,catalyst and reducing agent.
