基于某县全民健康体检数据的足背动脉搏动与血脂等指标的关联性研究

摘　　要：目的了解足背动脉搏动情况与血脂等指标的关系。方法收集新疆墨玉县2019年全民健康体检数据,根据足背动脉搏动情况分为异常和正常两组,剔除异常值数据,经过数据清洗后对有效数据进行统计分析。结果根据某县全民健康体检数据,针对血脂等指标进行统计学分析,在足背动脉搏动异常组与正常组之间比较甘油三酯、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001),总胆固醇在两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);左侧收缩压、左侧舒张压及右侧舒张压在足背动脉搏动异常组与正常组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001),但右侧收缩压在两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);体质指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、血清肌酐、血尿素在足背动脉搏动异常组与正常组之间的比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论足背动脉搏动异常与血脂等指标相关联,有效控制这些指标或许可阻止下肢血管病变的发生发展及其导致的足背动脉搏动异常。Objective To investigate the relationship between dorsal foot artery pulsation and blood lipids.Methods The data of national health examination in Moyu County of Xinjiang in 2019 were collected and divided into the abnormal group and the normal group according to the pulse of dorsalis pedis artery.Results According to the national health examination data of a county,the differences of triglyceride,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were statistically significant(P<0.001)between the two groups(P<0.001).There were significant differences in left systolic blood pressure,left diastolic blood pressure and right diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in right systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P<0.05).The differences of body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose,serum creatinine and blood urea between the abnormal group and the normal group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The abnormal pulse of dorsalis pedis is associated with blood lipid and other indicators.Effective control of these indicators may prevent the occurrence and development of vascular disease of lower extremity and the abnormal pulse of dorsalis pedis.
