摘 要:本研究采用形态学测量和框架分析对花[鱼骨]及其杂交子一代进行形态差异分析。单因素方差分析结果显示,花[鱼骨]的头部、尾部形态和杂交子一代存在显著差异。主成分分析提取的5个主成分累计贡献率74.332%,其中头部形态因子贡献率最大。判别分析得到由5个比值性状变量构建的分类函数,将2个群体带入函数,得到的综合判别率为100%。本研究为[鱼骨]属内杂交育种提供了基础参数,对于花[鱼骨]的种质资源开发具有重要意义。In order to study the morphological differences between Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker and its hybrid F1,this experiment used traditional morphological measurements and modern frame analysis methods to combine multiple analysis methods for relevant statistical analysis.One-way analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences between the head and tail shape of Hemibarbus maculatus Bleeker and its hybrid F1.by principal component analysis,the cumulative contribution rate is 74.332%.The largest contribution rate of the first principal component is the head morphological factor.Through discriminant analysis,a classification function constructed by five ratio trait variables is obtained,and the two groups are brought into the function,and the comprehensive discrimination rate is 100%.This study provides the basic parameters for the hybridization breeding in the genus,which is of great significance for the development of germplasm resources of genus.
