摘  要:对于主网侧为3/2接线的220 kV并列运行双回终端线,其重合闸方式通常设置为单相重合闸,当线路发生相间故障时三相跳闸不重合,从而降低了终端站供电可靠性。为此,将该线路重合闸方式改造为综合重合闸,提出了终端侧检线路无压先重、系统侧中断路器维持单重、边断路器检线路无压与检同期后重的改造思路,并在此基础上,详细分析了综合重合闸改造的技术难点,最后分析了综重改造后保护动作行为,并对综重整定涉及的风险进行了梳理。实际运行结果表明,综合重合闸投入运行以来未发生与重合闸相关的不正确动作事件,有效降低了终端站停电风险。For the 220 kV parallel operation double-circuit terminal line with 3/2 connection on the main gird side,the reclosing mode is usually set to the single-phase reclosing mode,and a three-phase trip will occur when there is an interphase fault,leading to a reduction on the power supply reliability of the terminal station.For this reason,a comprehensive reclosing mode is proposed,where the terminal side is reclosed first after the loss-of-voltage detection of the line,the middle circuit breaker at the power grid side maintains single reclosing mode,and the side circuit breaker is reclosed second after the loss-of-voltage detection of the line and the synchronization detection.On this basis,the technical difficulties of the comprehensive reclosing modification are analyzed in detail.Finally,the protective operation after the comprehensive weight reformation is analyzed,and the risks involved in the setting of comprehensive reclosing are sorted out.The actual operation results show that no incorrect actions related to the reclosing events have occurred since the comprehensive reclosing is put into operation,effectively reducing the risk of power outage of the terminal station.
