摘 要:针对目前变压器油中溶解气体在线监测装置在校验过程中标准油配制理论值与实际值偏差较大的情况,建立了恒温恒压状态下的标准油物理模型并进行优化,在此基础上设计了一套标准油配制装置。该装置能够实现准确、快速地配制标准油,满足现场利用设备本体油配制标准油的要求。Aimed at reducing the large deviation between the theoretical and the actual dissolved gas concentrations in prepared standard oil during the calibration of online monitoring devices of dissolved gas in transformer oil,a physical model of standard oil under constant temperature and pressure is established and optimized.On this basis,a standard oil preparation device was designed.The device can prepare standard oil accurately and rapidly,thus meets the requirement of onsite standard oil preparation with oil extracted from the oil tank of transformers.
