摘  要:目的总结新冠疫情期间小儿气管内异物患儿使用小儿可弯曲纤维支气管镜下取异物的管理与治疗体会。方法做好围术期标准预防及分级防护前提下,对疫情期间3例气管内异物患儿行急诊支气管镜下异物取出术。结果 3例患儿在镇静镇痛下使用小儿纤维支气管镜均成功从气管内取出异物,效果满意,未发生交叉感染。结论医务人员采用标准预防及分级防护的情况下,据暴露风险采用不同级别的个人防护物品,做到理想镇静镇痛,可以使患儿平稳度过围术期手术操作,达到预期取出异物目的,同时避免发生交叉感染。Objective To summarize the experience in the management and treatment of tracheal foreign body removal in children with pediatric flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy during the 2019-nCoV outbreak. Methods Under the premise of standard prevention and graded protection during the perioperative period, emergency bronchoscopic foreign body removal was performed on 3 cases of children with trachea foreign body during the epidemic period. Results The foreign bodies were successfully removed from the trachea by using fiberoptic bronchoscopy in 3 children with sedation and analgesia, and the results were satisfactory without cross-infection. Conclusions Under the circumstance of standard prevention and graded protection, medical personnel should adopt different levels of personal protective goods according to the exposure risk to achieve ideal sedation and analgesia, which can enable the children to pass through the perioperative operation smoothly, achieve the purpose of removing foreign bodies as expected, and avoid cross-infection.
